In September, we at Lightspeed Systems announced a new customer contest: Together We Do Amazing Things. The contest allows our customers the opportunity to share how they are using the Lightspeed Systems solutions, have their submissions voted on by their peers, and have the chance to win money to help them do even more amazing things. With a little over a month left to submit entries, schools still have the chance to share the amazing stories happening in their classrooms and be rewarded for their innovative ideas.
Schools across the country are using Lightspeed Systems solutions to create dynamic classrooms. Whether it is managing iPads with an MDM solution developed just for K12, engaging students with a collaborative and safe LMS, or implementing a network filter that meets the needs of both IT staff and educators, Lightspeed Systems is committed to working together with schools to accomplish amazing things.
Schools using the Lightspeed Systems solutions are encouraged to submit their amazing stories on the Together We Do Amazing Things blog. Stories can be shared in various mediums: video, essay, My Big Campus bundle, infographic, photo collage, and more. Lightspeed Systems encourages its customers to be creative and have fun showing off what they have done in their district, school, or classroom. Visitors to the blog will be able to vote up their favorites by liking or sharing.
All entries are due December 1, 2012 and the winners will be selected and notified December 20, 2012. First and second place winners will receive $1000 and $500, respectively, and five runner-ups will be awarded $100—so they can all do even more amazing things with the prize money.
All around us, amazing things are happening in the classroom. And we want to hear about those stories. From innovative projects incorporating Common Core standards, to successful mobile learning programs, to engaged and empowered students creating peer-driven lessons—these stories need to be shared to give recognition and to inspire others.
There is still time to submit your story and have a chance to win prize money for your district!
